I have query for covid 19 deases i have prescribed by thease medisin (azithral 500+becosules z capsule+zedex syrup) .is it will cure covid after 7 days? I dnt have fever but nose block, taste bitter , feeling vomiting.. what should other precotion i have to follow for quik releive please guide..
