Get covid test done to clear any doubt. Take tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days. Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days. Syp Deletus P 5m.l every 8hours for 5 days. Do hot water gargles with few drops of listril mouth wash, 2 to 3 times daily. Steam inhalation with karvol capsule,  2 to 3 times daily. Drink warm water.

Hii Is the cough dry or with mucous kindle specify For now Tab cefixime two times a day for 5 days Tab pan 40mg once morning before food for 5 days Tab dolo 650mg sos ( whenever fever comes ) Tab levocetrizine once in night for 3 days Adequate water intake Steam inhalatio. Adv Rt pcr for covid Fluticortizone nasal spray two puffs two times.  Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.  Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3 to5 days. Montek lc one at night for five days. Zincovit one at night for 7 days.

Since there is fever and you have suspicion of Covid. First thing don't worry Covid is just like influenza now ,body has adjusted to this new virus. Just take azithro 500mg OD Pcm 650 TID And omez OD empty stomach With vit c 500 BD x5d You will be fine.. Do warm water + salt gargle after each meal

Ix req 1) CBC 2) ESR ,CRP 3)CHEST X RAY PA VIEW 4) RFT ,LFT Rx PARACETAMOL 500 mg ( 8hrly ) for 4 days then sos AMOXICLAV 625 mg for 10 days GRILLINCTUS BM SYRUP 5 mL tds for 7 days then sos ( when needed) Follow up after 10 days on practo Or visit near by clinic if symptoms persist
