Dolo 650 dosage in Covid-19
Hi! My mother and sister has Covid-19, they were taking Dolo 650 for high fever, but since last two days they don't have any fever but only weakness and cold, should they continue with dosage of Dolo 650??? If yes, then for how long?

Hello madam, Ask them to take T.DOLO 650 mg only when they have fever or severe body ache. Otherwise it's not needed. Also ask them to take plenty of water and other vitamin supplements. Have a steam inhalation twice a day. Pls be safe nTake care.

No, can discontinue Dolo. Dolo can be taken for fever and bodyache/headache. So, may stop Dolo for now and take it again as need basis(if fever re appears or bodyache/headache/joint pain).
Next Steps
Observe for any complications of covid 19 like breathlessness/chest pain or discomfort or palpitation. Check oxygen saturation using fingertip oxymeter.
