Please repeat the the report from a proper MD Pathologist with peripheral smear examination..
I hv some doubt which can be clear from peripheral smear and CBC report of MD Pathologist only.

HB is low . So the anemia could explain the tiredness . But have to rule out other causes .Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Please consult on Practo for the same as per your convenience.
