I'm so thin as my shoulder part and forearms were really so thin. Do we have any solution to gain forearm hands.

I am mother of 1.8 yrs girl..I have been having dizziness along with panic disorder and racing thoughts all the time...done all the investigation.report is normal.tsh also normal.i have read  in Google that..vit d deficiency cause anxiety and racing thought..so I did vit  b and b12 yesterday.report is 8.76 vitamin.d.b12 is398...which is normal..my vit d needs tablet forms or injection or sachets forms .which will be better.. kindly clarify doctor.thanks in advance..

I am a 25 male, no smoking, no drinking, no junk food, sedentary lifestyle but i hit gym everyday and drink enough water. Since june 20 i am facing constipation, then slowly started seeing thin stools. I took isabgol fr a week bulk was normal, then after stopping it again came back. Then one day i saw a white worm in my stool, consulted and was given 1x bandy plus. After few days i ate outside on an occasion, i had frequent bowel movement the next day. I consulted again and doctor gave me rifaximin 400 for 5 days. It improved everything and bulk too, but again the day after stopping it same issue, thin stools and constipation. I take isabgol now too but i get thin stools :(. I also observed that on my lower back in sacrum area, when i strain for bowel a feel a crack like thing, sometimes buttocks will fee slightly sore too. I am too scared if this means colorectal cancer :(. My family doesn't have a history though. I am getting so much anxiety and panicked, i want to cry :(

Hello. Since two days my foot nail is paining a lot. Nail is swallon and it's red. I cannot walk properly as it's very painfull. What should I do?

High ESR, CRP, Amylase can relate to any disease? I had infection last week, but after course of meds for 4 days all good and fine now. After meds were stopped on sunday, did a complete blood test today, and esr, crp, amylase levels are very high. Please advise what it means

I had general health check up in which my fasting blood sugar level was 99.1 and HbA1c was 5.7. Average blood glucose was 117. Is it prediabetic? My weight is only 60Kg while height is 6.2 feet, i walk daily for around 45-50minutes.What to do?

A stray dog playfully jumped on me today and pressed/scratched my arm lightly with its paw. The skin is intact and no bleeding or cut is there. Firstly there was little swelling (raised skin) where dogs nails pressed on me and then swelling gone and the mark is reddish now. I washed it with dettol and even applied satinizer, no cut is there as there is no burning to dettol. The dog seemed normal Is there a problem? Can I get rabies? I dont want to get vaccinated. Plz answer.
