Will cancerous lymph nodes decrease in size with warm compress or not.pls tell me which nodes shirnk with warm compress

My husband age 46 is suffering from fever ranging between 100 to 103 and weakness since 2 days without any other symptoms. Covid is negative. We are managing the fever with crocin. Is there anything else we need to do or can we wait for a day more?

Doctor i am previously vaccinted with 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies vaccination 4 Month's Ago and due to cat scratch i am taking 3 intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 i took 2 Vaccines till now and Last Day 28 Vaccine is due but today on 4th September A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so Should i have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 or i have to take extra dose of Anti Rabies Vaccine ?
