Please help
I wake up 1-2 times at night without any reason, I feel really tired and sleepy during the day time. Sometimes I feel difficulty to breathe, I feel I am not able to breathe with full capacity especially at night. Is it a potential sign of sleep apnea?? Please help!!

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to anxiety. Check for bp, RBS, ECG. Avoid heavy meals at night. Plan for regular yoga and exercise.

Not really sleep apnea maybe you're having some stress or you're not getting proper sleep. Would like to know your sleeping schedule and detailed history on any previous trauma or asthma.
