Flu

Yesterday after having lunch, I was lying ready to sleep, when I had to get up suddenly. As I went to the bathroom, I started feeling dizzy, I tried to lie down, but it made me more dizzy on lying down,like I could see the wall moving. My BP was 110/70. I never have felt this dizzy. I tested for sugar & thyroid today, both normal. Of late I am experiencing pain in my groin or lower abdomen on getting up suddenly twice, once at night and yesterday while BP was low? What tests should I get done?

Can THYPOID be the reason of mild enlarged Mesenteric lymph nodes???. Also urinary bladder. Infection. ?

I have persistent low grade fever to the tune of 99- 99.5 from last one and a half month. Got Covid after 1 month of fever, which is not there now. But fever is not going away. Have taken all the blood tests from Dengue Panel, Typhoid panel, ESR, CBC, Malaria, but only ESR was 66 and all other blood reports were normal. Please suggest the possible solution/ treatment.

My wife has taken BP medicine Telsar 40 twice today wrongly. Doctor had advised to take one in a day in the morning time. She taken post dinner too.

I have back pain at night while sleeping when I move it hurts very bad. I cannot roll on bed, the right lower back pains till buttock(While I turn it feels excruciating pain) In the day time I do not have pain(this has been going on for quite a long time). I have a desk job but not sure why the pain is only at night while turning in bed. Please help

I had a fever for a day followed with a runny nose and coughing. Fever is gone but I still have a runny nose and I cough a lot, when I try to speak I immediately start coughing, it's been more than 3 days now I have a slight sore throat and minor pressure in the upper chest area ( the same feeling of pressure you get when food is stuck your Esophagus needing water to send it down ) along with hoarseness.

While taking hepatitis B vaccine after loading vaccine in the syringe , the nurse had touched the surface of the needle by one side from one finger ( not the tip of needle) explaining me that since needle is long , I will insert it slightly below your shoulder. At that time I could not think properly so that I could not do anything and taken vaccine. What are the possible infections that can occur and what precautions I can take or some test neede in near future? Kindly inform.

Well I was on gears I used to take testoviron deport250 twice a week while sleeping I felt some strange heart beats and I used to woke up. now I am facing problem when going for sleep I can't sleep properly and my heart rate and oxygen level are both in check but still I can listen my heartbeats sometime
