Flu

I got my TSH test Done and tsh level is 3.76 .  Earlier in month of april 2022 it was 2.06.I am taking  62.5 mcg thyronorm. Should  i continue same dosage?

I have constant lightheadedness or dizziness. It is more significant in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes have imbalance issues while standing.   At times feel heaviness in my forehead.    Earlier thought of some ear issues and consulted ENT doctors.   Also, I took MRI brain and carotid ultrasound tests, and all were normal.   I am under medication for BP, which is normal ( always ranges between 140-150/80-95). I am not diabetic.   NO headache or vomiting sensation too.   I have taken loads of Vertin and Stugeron tablets in the past three years, and nothing worked out.   Can someone please help me to get rid of this issue? It's impacting my day-to-day life.

From yesterday I am suffering with body pains and diginess. Motions(not heavy), and back pain. I started diet from yesterday and drank smoothy instead of regular breakfast. Smooth contains soaked sunfloor seeds,badam,cache,melon seeds,anzeer,dates,chia seed,flaxseed and banana. Is there any effect with this.? Do I need to take any tests before consulting a doctor? Or any remedies pls help

Frm 29aug havng feverad little cough,on 1sept 103°fever, 1sept- CBC test normal,urine test- URINE PUS CELLS(10-12),URINE RBC(2-4).Cough nt gng till.5sept-102° fever, ULRASOUND done- IMPRESSION-- FEW SUBCENTIMETER SIZED TO MILDY ENLARGED MESENTERIC LYMPHNODES IN RIF,WITH FEW OF THEM SHOW SUSPICIOUS INTERNAL NECROSIS P/O INFECTIVE ETIOLOGY. INTERNAL ECHOES WITHIN URINARY BLADDER. Doctor said infection is there, taking FLOTRAL 10MG(NIGHT),PARACETAMOL500MG,OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE(two times),RABAPRAZOLE(EMPTY) But my fever is coming n going even after taking paracetaml(100-100.2°) Abdominal pain and so much cough. I google symptoms it shos cancer,TB,HIV. Please help me. Why am not getting better. From 9 days am hving fever, coming and going. And cough increased also.
