I recently got my full thyroid routine as part of full body checkup my t3 and t4 are in normal range But TSH keeps varying, it has varied from 4 to 9 on different days,i got it checked 4 times in a month last time I checked it was 5.5 I have noticed that if i am physically active and eating proper food tsh levels are fine Is there any reason for this should i visit a doctor?

Hi , I've been having some rashes in my groin area from past a few weeks . As per many Doctor reply on ACV. Some say that take acv in morning and some say that take it 1/2 hour before food and some say to take it with salads as well and some say to take it at night. What is best. As in morning i usually take raw garlic with lemon juice due to high LDL/ vldl.
