My ast to alt ratio is 1.27 blank. Rest lft parameters are within range. Should it be a cause of concern?

It looks like some sort of obstruction. Need history on drug or alcohol intake along with reports of USG and blood and symptoms

Raised AST:ALT ratio can be suggestive of Alcoholic liver disease. If that's not the case then the cause could be related to drug intake or vitamin B6 Deficiency, Kindly share the complete report and reason for getting tested.
