I normally get frequent headaches which increases my otherwise low blood pressure and crosses 160/110. I'm taking medicines. I get pain in the temple region and my pressure keeps fluctuating now a days. What should be the reason?

Does consumption of Dry fruits like Cashew, Almond on daily basis for prolonged duration like 5-10 years cause Oxalate Nephropathy ? If yes, then how can we prevent our Kidneys from getting damazed by Oxalate , but at the same time we take the good effects of dry fruit like antioxidant, good cholesterol etc . ?

Hello doctor I want to ask you that in acute hiv disease ( like 12-14 ) days after exposure , what are the changes in counts of white blood cells. Do they increase or decrease? Do neutrophils increases immediately after hiv exposure ? Or lymphocyte count or leukocytes count decreases ?

Dear Doctor(s), I have high bp and live in Canada. The doctor here has prescribed Amlodipine 5mg, once daily for 2-3 weeks. Is this a safe medication? Once started do I need to be on it permanently? Can I avoid this and make life style changes only? BP is ranging between 130-150 / 80-90 pm an average. Please guide as it is difficult to get sufficient doctor's time here in the west. Thank you.

Hi, I am having on and off mild pain since yesterday mid night after having snacks below my right chest and above the ribs ending place. It doesn't pain when i sit or liedown. It pains only when i walk that too when i relax my stomach completely. If I lift my arm and inhale deeply i dont have pain. Note: no fever, no nausea, no cough, normal stool and urine.
