Having itching on body without any reason...it comes n goes on its own on various parts ...when I itching area becomes red...can I take cetizine...how many times n till how many days pls suggest

I am 24 years old and with 5'4 height and my weight is 69 kg and about 3 years ago i was diagnosed with pcod . I have tried everything too loose my weight i still manage my diet and doesn't have any processed food as if now go to gym for proper workout takes protein and everything but nothing is helping am same as earlier. and because of this i overthink everything and i also have anxiety and depression because of my body insecurities. please suggest me any medicine that help me to loose weight fast and doesn't have side effects like when i stop these medicines my weight increase too much i want medicine with genuine results.please help me

Hi there, I have fever upto 102 since last night and has throat pain for which I have taken Dolo 650, Sinarest Azythromycin and zincovit tab, just wanted to confirm the dosage as how I need to take these tablets during a day please. Also can Sinarest and Dolo can be taken together? Thanks in advance

I have been experiencing fatigue since past several years. I also developed Restless Leg Syndrome(at night) and periodic shin pain from past 2 years and calf muscle cramp from past 6 months. I was vitamin B12 deficient. Doctor prescribed me B12 supplements and Evion LC. My issue is that I develop same symptoms 10 days after quitting medicine. How long should I take evion lc. I know that I can't overdose on B12 but how long am I supposed to take evion lc.

Hello Doctor I am 37 yr old and  hypertension patient from 1.5 yr. My bp was 170/130. Doctor suggested 40mg tablet which is I am taking now. I don't had physical activity before. But from last 9 months I am doing outdoor cycling 18 to 20 km daily. And recently started rope skipping for 15 min. If I was taking 40mg tablet then feeling sleepy most of the time. So I started taking half of the tablet so feeling better from last one month and bp is 115/80. I will consult my doctor next month since I am not in my native. I have few doubts. 1. Can hypertension patient do cycling daily. Is it safe? 2. Rope skipping is safe for me. Some one told high bp patient can not do. Since it is not safe 3. Is Hypertension reversal with physical activity? I will be very thankful. Request you please 🙏 clear my doubts for healthy life.
