Since few months I am feeling tired (not extreme fatigue but a mild low energy) and no motivation to work. I did my blood work last month and I had B12 and D deficiency. I thought deficiency could be a reason and started supplements, i also improved my nutrition but I still feel low energy, I don't feel like working, Low concentration, just want to keep taking naps and stay on bed watching videos. I am confused if I should see a psychiatrist? Since I am covering nutrition part, could there be any other reason

I got cold 2 days back but today my cold have mostly improved and throat also ...i had no fever ...but today if i checked temperature 10 times , 8 times it was between 98 to 98.6 but 2 times it was between 99 to 99.5 ... is this a fever .?

Madam/dear sir, I have increase lymphocytes i.e 57% in my recent cbc.I feel itchy back after taking bath and numbness in my toe after cross legged sitting.some times i feel dizziness when getting up suddenly and in frequent movement of head.I researched and found this could be sign of blood cancer. Please suggest me where to consult. From last 2 years my lymphocyte level is always above 40%.
