My six year old son had constipation from 3 days and today started giving muout from today. Gave it in the morning but still he hasn't passed stool. Can I give muout twice a day ? Please help me on this.

Recently I visited spine doctor for my prolonged left side lower neck above trapezius pain . Doctor did clinical examination and said I have fibromyalgia . I am breastfeeding mother so he could not prescribe much medicine. He gave me injection on trigger point .. I felt relief for few weeks and it started again now .. it's been so long .. how to live with this pain ? it effects my daily life . Please help
