I have nose congestion... can't able to swallow even water...its paining...so i took astakind tablet...after lunch... suddenly i feel increased heart rate and full body tremor...what can i do...is there any solution to reduce the side effect?

Its due to terbutaline in asthakind tablet tat lead to an increase heart rate….. nothing specific is required… but if problem persists after 8 hours some medications can be given… avoid asthakind as of now n u can switch to antihistamines…. If u need help 93345’60294

Stop taking astakind tablet
Take tablet lr mont twice daily for 3 days
Steam inhalation twice daily
Hot water gargaling with salt or betadine solution
Avoid spicy and oily food
For antibiotics kindly consult
