I am feeling random pain in hands and feet since a week. It comes and goes so quickly that its difficult for me to even note where it was paining. Please suggest me what I can try to improve pain. Pain is dull and cones ang goes quickly but it happens frequently.

I'm of 30 years ,mom of 1year baby . No breastfeeding and of regular periods .I'm having itchy and redness in palm and feet. It goes off within sometime.
