Hi, i have skin allergy, i went for few tests , observed that B12 is too high , can you please review and suggest

I am having fever and sinuses are blocked since yesterday. Also have bodyache. I am taking sinarest and Montek along with nasal drops. Not sure what it is.

I have been suffering from dizziness, leg pain and fatigue since last few days with intermittent headaches. Also a strange tingling like feeling on the face on both sides. I am also finding it difficult to walk straight due to this. There is so much weakness in my legs. Not able to understand the reason. Can someone please suggest?

Hi, I feel dizziness whole day and sometime difficult to walk due to weakness in legs and hands with dizziness. Attached symptoms are matching with me. Could you pls suggest how to diagnose the actual root cause and treatment on this. Facing this issue from long time. Doctor only checking vitamins and all. I eat Home made food only but suffering from Thyroid only but i don't think it cause such issue since my other family members are suffering from Thyroid and they are fit and fine

I got covid positive on 29 th of june and i got negative on 7 th july. I had no symptoms. Just cough and tiredness. After getting negative i had no symptoms my cough also resided only fatigue was there. But from 18 th of july i was having throat pain and fever doctor told secondary infection and gave antibiotics. My fever resided. Then again from Saturday i am having fever of 101 and bodyache. Doctr given ddimer tc dc and crp. D dimer came normal. Crp is 9.6 and wbc count is 14000. What is the cause?

Have done pooled prolactine test and prolactine level is 94. Unable to conceive from last 6 months. FSH, TSH, THYROD is normal. NO PCOD, pelvis ultrasound is normal. Do I need pituitary MRI OR any medications can be started without MRI
