Hi, I am suffering with dengue from past 5 days. my platelets has fallen from 2.2 lak to 1.5 l and now at 1.6 lakh. I got my LFT test as well today and these are the results: bilurbin : 0.2 ALT/SGPT 40 AST/SGOT 56 I see AsT is elevated then the reference range. Is it something to worry about and need medication or will be cured self. Please advise .

I have attached the report, my dad is 51 and has high cholestrol. He does not have diabetes or any other disease. He has been given statin tab rosuvas 10 mg. But it is said statins cannot be stopped but have very much side effects. Are statins really required? Can we be on good diet and excercise and this medication for few months and stop it?

Hy I am 5ft5inches and 98 kgs I am doing diet and cardio for weight loss consuming 1100 calories per day but I am not strong I feel fatigue and I get tired easily I don't have strength  I have pcos as well as thyroid what should I do to be strong and gain strength please suggest

Hi Dr, I need a suggestion. I am planning to study abroad from next year. However, my health doesn't stays well, I get recurrent infections and allergies. I was diagnosed with Intestinal Koch's in 2019 and operated for the same in 2020. Post that I haven't been able gain much weight, and my body feels drained and I catch cold, fever and throat infections often. Currently I am taking Aspirin(post surgery I had Hemiplegic migraine and was on few more meds for 5 months), Bevon(twice a week), Dutasteride 0.5(Twice a week). Should I reconsider my study abroad plans?

My mom (48) just had diagnostic hysteroscopy done for uterine fibroids. She had extremely heavy bleeding this month. I have attached the photos sent by the doctor. Have they removed the endometrial lining? If they have, would the next month's bleeding be lighter? Because this month she had to use 8 pads in a day. And the doctor has told her to wait for 3 months before hysterectomy.

Hi. My Alt/sgpt levels is 46. Rest all parameters in lft are within range. Is it a cause of concern. Are these levels high?
