I usually feel cold at night even in summer... Although no fever and cbc normal... Every morning i feel cold.. And when i wake up i feel very less energy.. I often have little phelgm in my throat and its White in colour. What can be cause.

Today I got my CBC report. I found that my haemoglobin level is 12.7 and MCH level is 26.2. All other items are within range. My random sugar level is 95. My query is whether I need to take any medicines for increasing level of haemoglobin and MCH or I need to eat more of specific food (vegetarian only). If medicine then upto what time or quantum may please be mentioned.

Suddenly a stray dog came to me and started playing and putting its paws on me. Its paw nail lightly scratched my arm. Skin is intact and no bleeding. After about an hour I washed it properly with dettol and running water and applied sanitizer. No burning was there, means no skin cut. At first the nail mark was little swollen, then it subsided and now there is a plain reddish mark on skin. Can I get rabies? Plz answer. I am scared of injections. The dog seemed normal and not mad.

I am feeling irritation in my calf muscles. It seems like numbness and I feel drowsy all the time. It feels like my legs are heavier. I tried stretching my legs but it didn't help. I have been advised by one Doctor to take Nurobio B12 B complex medicine. This is for stopping or reducing anxiety. I want to understand how long one can take these medicines and what are it's side effects. I also want to know how one can get it from food without medicine if I am vegetarian. Whether B6 is important or B12? If B6 then in which food it is available? Once I stop B12, anxiety attacks return after 3-4 days. Please help with detailed reply. Thanks.

I was bitten by a pet dog in my left palm on September 2021 , within 15 mins I got my TT and anti rabies vaccine course. After 11 months yesterday 24 July 2022 , another pet dog came near my palm while I am having a bun in my hand and looking somewhere suddenly I felt that dog's teeth touched my left palm which tried to grab that bun,  below the little finger. No scratch , no wound or bite mark found , no pain . I washed  my hand immediately with running tap water and with soap. Should I need a booster dose ?

If a diabetic person controls his sugar level in normal range with diet and lifestyle changes only ( without medication ), does it mean he is as fit as a non-diabetic?
