Hi, I'm 34 year old. I'm diagnosed with Dengue fewer today and doctor asked me to take mefta forte every 6 hours if fewer is present. Is it safe to take meftal forte for dengue fewer as i have read few blogs where it was mentioned not to take Meftal forte. Wanted to get confirmation. I have fewer of 103. With dolo 650 fewer goes down only for few hours..

I have had strep throat infection for more than 20days. I have to see a doctor after 3month after taking medicine like antibiotics in the form of azithromycin ( 500mg per day for 5 days). It occurs off and on in my life. I care of myself too about this infection. However. I am usually caught by this infection.

I did more intensity workout three days back . From them I'm experiencing pain in left part of head . I had rizact 5 mg for three days but still I'm waking up with pain in my head . Long back my doc prescribed overan injection when I have similar problem . Can I have the same ? Or please help me what I can do or have to reduce this pain

Thyroid Profile Examination Report Serum TSH 0.408 T4 8.31 T3 1.22 Please suggest it is normal or any problem.

Bilirubin Direct is 0.40 mg/dl.Is it normal or any problem in my liver moreover Albumin:Globulin is 1.27 whether it is normal or any problem.

While cooking, I cut my right finger with the vegetables cutter knife. I applied T-Bact and Metrogyl-P ointment on the cut. It has been a month , the cut is healed and new skin developed , yet pressing on the injured area still hurts and gives me pain. Can you please suggest some  Ointment or medicine which may help to recover faster ? Thank you for your time.

Had tryglyceride level 248 last month, had started with rosuless f medicine for 3months. But from past 1 month when I eat and chew more I feel pain below my jaw in the beard area. It feels like muscle cramp when we climb a lot continuously, but the pain goes away in few seconds as I stop chewing, also feel twitching in the jaw side lower in the tonsils for few seconds , once in 3-4 days. Afraid becos of this I had thyroid test which are normal. Also did liver and kidney test(low ag ratio). Is this serious ? My age is 27 and work in IT, that's why have cholesterol issues. A doctor had told to take paracetamol 500mg 1-1-1. I forgot to take a dose of 1 paracetamol 500mg at afternoon. Can I take it now(7pm) and again at 11pm? Is it safe to have it in such short gap?
