I can understand what you're going through, just try grounding exercises... If you don't know how its done try youtube once or I'll tell you if you want. I know it isn't easy to think positive. A lot of people just think these things go away by talking if only they knew how vague the statement is... Don't worry I'll try my best to guide you. Tell me are you comfortable with sharing you trauma? If you're not then are you comfortable with sharing all the symptoms in details? Nothing is forced btw, you can share if you wish to. I know 9/10 times old memories are very annoying. Just try not to think at all because more you try to think positive the more your brain will drag you to negativity Are you taking any medications? If yea then let me know
Next Steps
consult with details
Health Tips
do not stop your medications if you're taking visit nearby psy immediately if you are having constant thoughts about ending yourself or anything

Mind is a very powerful organ in body. You will need to get over the fear by facing it. You can get ECG done and get basic checkup. Once you get to know that things are normal you can let go the fear. Last resort would be getting 2decho done and get a cardiologist consult. Regarding exercise regime... Anything in excess is always harmful. Moderation is key. Don't stop working out but don't overdo. For exercise also you can seek expert opinion
Next Steps
Basic check up by physician if necessary cardio consult If still you can't get over it then consult a psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Although everyone is suggesting psychiatrist visit first. But I would advise physician visit first so that you can get to know about your heart conditions.
