B12 deficiency returning in 9 months?
Hi, I was diagnosed with low level of b12 during last year October, by Mar I thought I have recovered fully. Then I was having symptoms like twitching and pain in front part of both foot. Now again 5 days back I am getting pin and needles like sensation in foot and hand and having warm sensation in foot which last 5-10 seconds. I am getting my b12 level checked tomorrow. But does b12 levels drops again after sometime or the b12 stores remain in the system for long?

Vit B12 is present in animal-source foods (meat, fish, eggs, milk) and foods fortified with B12.It is stored in the liver for a long time.It takes about 3 years to develop vitamin B12 deficiency after the absorption of vitamin B12 ceases.
