I am taking Pexep cr 12.5 but i wake up so much early in the morning and also my sleep is not deep sleep..i don't feel fresh when I wake up.. please help...

Looking for vegetarian natural sources of zinc. Some chewable ones from Piramal is available - how safe are they? I also see some organic neem juices and such but they have sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. Is it ok to have 5ml of such natural products with preservatives everyday?
