Your total cholesterol and triglycerides HDL are normal .The LDL cholesterol is above optimal ie between 130 and 159 You don't need to use any medicine for it If you carry risk factors like hypertension , diabetes and obesity   you try diet modification and lifestyle modification Use fresh fruits and vegetables Avoid oily food Exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day If you are office based ,you can try isometric resistance exercise

Main concern here is LDl.tbough its not very high,at your age it is not acceptable.Howevwr,it can be managed woth lifestyle modifications Its impirtant to know your blood sugar levels and any symptoms you have(why the tests were prescribed)
