I read about slurred speech as a symptom of als and since that day I have been cautious about speech mouth gets tight I sometimes do stuck up on words . Like speaking becomes strainous. It scares me

This is the reason why you shouldn't google too much buddy. First thing first ALS is mostly seen in the 4th decade of life, most common in the mid 5th decade. You're in early 2nd decade of your life so its unlikely, you'd suffer ALS. Second thing if you feel you're having ALS with one symptom then its wrong because ALS isn't diagnosed by 1 symptom only Anyway if you want to talk about mouth tightening you are free to consult.
