Is every parameter ok in my report?
What about Ast to Alt ratio? Is it a cause of concern?

Your liver function reports are absolutely fine.
You should not be concerned about the slight elevation of AST:ALT ratio.This is applicable when the AST ALT levels are significantly higher.
Your enzymes are within the normal limits.
