ECG - Chest discomfort.
Kindly review attached ECG. Felt chest discomfort yesterday. BP is 110/90 Heart rate 55 Taking Bisoprolol 5 mg for Hypertension.

ECG image is not very clear   ,it shows sinus bradycardia heart rate 55, most likely due to bisoprolol which is common.

Though the ecg isnt very clear,there may be a left atral enlargement.this could be due to  long standing hypertension. Best to get a cardiologists opinion to see if any medication is needed.
