Left arm and chest discomfort

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Yes as of a month ago I started experiencing chest discomfort and left arm numbness. I actually went to the er cause I felt like I was having a heart attack. I got all dizzy and had this weird numbing sensation come over me. My hear was beating fast. They did and ekg, blood work and chest X-ray all came back normal. But yet in still experiencing this discomfort in chest and arm. And 5 days ago I had and episode like the last time. Went to er did the same test came back normal.
