Hi doctors i always think about my heart every single day some times i feel like i'll die with attacks ya strokes when i think this i really get chest pain an tightness i have done countless ECG an one echo which is normal only one ECG showed skipped heart beat an cardiology said it's normal ya anxiety i do face bad anxiety an i feel dizzy an feel like vomiting ..! I have very bad acidity issues which making my stomach an throat burns alone with gas moving arround left chest ..! i'm ok but only worry about chest an death which makes my body wired i hear many young people dying with cardiac arrest which is fatal ..! pls help me now also my throat is burning
