Hi, I'm facing breathing difficulties sometimes, all of a sudden I can't breathe it started recently like few months back, initially I used have when I'm on period, later for the past 2times I had same pblm when I'm not on period. Recent one was in the morning I had breakfast and was working, suddenly I couldn't breathe and I struggled for 30mins later I started to listen some music and tried to calm myself down then I was okay, what should I do, I don't understand if it was panic attack or just like suffocation.

I got normal titnus vaccine on may 2022.which month should I have other shot if I got injured. ... ... ... ... ... ...

Went through full body checkup and got my report. Worried about RBC parameters abnormalities. And in liver profile also something is abnormal. If you can give me analysis about my report

From last 2-3 days, i am getting a pain in the right lower side near my waist. While sitting or sleeping, its paining. The pain is also on the hips on the right side. Could you please suggest what it could be.

From few days I am feeling hot without fever But today it is not getting over feeling hot From whole day drinking water continously taken pcm doubt that having fever but no relief

I'm 46 years old fit and healthy man, Im diagnosed with Covid positive 3 weeks back. Since then my BP is raising above 140/90. Prior to that my BP was always in the range of 120/80- 135/85. I'm non diabetic and non hypertensive and regularly exercise but I'm asthmatic and doctor prescribed Maxflo 250 inhaler for dialy use for last 6 months. For last 2-3 days I checked my BP multiple times around 40 times a day using digital device. With 15 mins of rest in lying down position it shows readings between 125/85-135/85, but after slight walk also the reading turns to 140/90-145/95. Is this a temporary hike due to Covid or am I into Stage-1 hypertension. Can I reverse this without medication?

Should I eat while I'm constipated?... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ..

Today i have notice a small whole in my left nostrill in centre side. Is it ok or I am in trouble? No pain no itching there? Please tell.
