I was prescribed Neurobion forte for B Vitamins. I am taking it after food but still facing nausea, headache and acidity. Is there any alternative for this tablet which will not cause such side effects ?

My head is spinning if looking down or moving it to left. I feel dizzy all the time and nauseous too.

Dear Dr's Panel - Couple of months before I took STD panel test ( in their TPHA Positive & RPR Reactive 1 in 64 Dilution ) that time I consulted the dr he gave some medicine for one month that I enclosed on the attachment . Now again I took same test their RPR dilution 1 : 4 & still TPHA positive . What I need to do should I again need to go for that medicine or antibiotic or any penciline injection ? Report are enclosed . Earlier syphilis seen on my body ( like red buts on faces & chest , sore throat ) now nothing seen .
