If Holter, ECG, Echo and TMT are normal, then can I have any heart issue, I get panicked whenever I have chest pain because of this fear have done 5 ECGs in last 11 months
Should I be worried about heart condition or this chest pain is not related to heart

With normal ECG, echo, TMT and subsequent multiple normal ECGs you should not be much concerned about it.Chest pain could be due to gastric issues , muscular ,non specific .Anxiety could aggrevate it. The issue is , it's unlikely that you will be convinced. counselling with a clinical psychologist will help you
