Chances of getting heart attack is less likely when all the reports are normal. But your anxiety induced fluctuations of BP is worrisome. Kindly do yoga and meditation. Avoid spicy foods Avoid smoking and alcohol if you do Engage in extra curricular activities Fast walking or slow running daily for 20 -30 mts. Green leafy vegetables and fruits Take high fibre diet Keep your self hydrated well You need counseling rather than medications

Hello , Dr Alma here..i have gone through your history.. BP fluctuations which you are facing is due to your anxiety.. and you are in a vicious circle.  . More you think about having a heart attack more you will become anxious and it will worsen your overall mental health as well as physical health.
