Seems more due to anxiety. Get thyroid profile done and to exclude a cardiac problem totally, go for TMT. Share results online. Take fat free, low sugary diet, small frequent meals with more of fresh green vegetables and fruits. Do regular physical exercise and learn to relax totally, practice pranayam and meditation.
