Actually 1 year ago had a uneasiness palpitation left side chest pain and hand so I went to the dr after 2 months he order a 2d echo which I done attach the report (10 months ago) he said it's anxiety or costochondritis pain so I took medicine it was normal after 1 year again this month I had same ghabrahat palpitations and left side chest hand pain so I went to the dr he order a ecg which I did quickly as I went to the hospital without resting and it showed sinus tachycardia and hyperacute t wave in v2 v3 I am also attaching the report again after the ecg report I quickly went to the dr he looked an order a trop I test so did it also just within half hour of the ecg it came negative so the dr said it is anxiety because when I did ecg I was very afraid and i did without rest my lipid profile 5 months ago was total cholesterol 234 ldl 160 which I have improved this month I done test it is total cholesterol 209 ldl 130 plz tell what is the reason for this pain and ghbrahat palpitations
