Get a cardiac echo and TMT, done to exclude cardiac problem, because anxiety can cause symptoms you describe,  but not hyperacute T waves.

You can have consulted a Doctor who is MBBS MD CCEBDM FCCS . Do you expect a Doctor more qualified than your treating Physician on the Practo panel? I don't know why you didn't clarify from your treatment Physician about the hyperacute T wave. This shows that you are definitely a case of Anxiety State, you may or may not have a Cardiac problem.
