  4. Chest pain. What may be the reason?

My ECG, 2d echo, and tmt are normal. blood tests are normal. only triglycerides are 198. I am having chest pain for 15 days. it is radiating to left arm pit, back and jaw. what may be the reason?

Please It seems to be musculoskeletal pain Take Tab hifenac TH 10 1 1 Tab pantop 5 1 on empty stomach Tab neurobion forte 10 1 1 Do neck, back and chest exercises daily Do meditation regularly Avoid heighted pillow Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation Reconsult after 5 days
