Hi, I lost 6kg weight in 4 months with only diet . Didn't do any physical activity.Is it good or not

Having fever and multiple vomiting please check attached blood reports. Weakness and low energy in body.

Taking Cilacar T and Concor cor 2.5 mg in morning for hypertension. Last 3-4 days feeling shortness of breath . Today the BP is 140/108 ( checked by doctor in nearby clinic ). Given Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and advised to consult the treating physician asap. Does Concor cause breathing issue?

I am gopal pal. In Thursday night i have got fever with high temperature, body weakness and headache. next day i consult the doctor. i told him all the symptom but he said that do not required blood test. he prescribed medications. Yesterday my 75% symptoms was recovered but head hadn't recovery fever but from today afternoon I got fever on head only not other part . please give some suggestions.

Whenever i try to sleep..i lay down to bed..my heart beats faster and mouth and nose starts getting dry..which results in less sleep and no sleep..i am suffering from this from the last 6 months..not getting proper sleep or not more than 4 hours sleep..which disease is this?

I have fever of around 102-99 f since last sunday and having acidity and bloody kind of urine. Intially doctor thought i have dengue but all dengue report negative (ns1,hm1,hmg2) Will other hemoglobin, blood patellet are normal. But Sgpt is 163 so he given multi vitamin sryup. But for last two day i am getting fever in night only. around (102.5 to 99.5). And little weakness. What will be cause of my illness?

Vitamin b12 deficiency i have.......what should i do pls guide me proper solution..i am worried about this issue...
