Hello doctor my vit b12 is 126 and vit d is 29 and doctor said my random sugar is 80mg/dl what I should do to make my sugar normal level?

I have been apllying Minoxidil ointment for head since last 5 years 5% and its been effective for my hair. Last year i was down with covid and developed high bp for which i am taking meds and its under control now. But i stopped minoxidil and now my hear is falling. Can i restart minoxidil topical for hair? Will it have any effect on my bp etc ?
