Severe neck pain from yesterday. Can see sideways but cannot bend down my neck. Please help me out on emergency.

Iam having greasy and undigested stools and pale sometimes I have pain around belly button and pelivc region I had peritoneal tb  from sep 2021 to july 2022 I took anti tb medicines from dot centre and doctor advised me to take ultrasound and found no abnormalities But from 3days iam having bloated stomach and abdomen pain and greasy with undigested stools And pale colour sometimes Please answer is this tb relapse or something else

Doctor i am previously vaccinted with 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 4 Month's Ago and due to cat scratch i took 3 intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 along with TT on Day 0 i took Last 3rd Day 28 rabies vaccine on 9 th September 2022 but today on 11th September 2022 A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Wound just drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies Vaccine again ?

Hi i have fever 98 99, and weakness also feel sleepiness I take coconut water and zincovet aand also take rest for 5 Days

My age is 38 and weight approx. 58kg. From yesterday night I have fever. I am taking Dolo 650. But fever is coming back after few hours. No cough and cold or any other problem. I have antibiotic Azax in my home. Can I take this?

I am having weakness, light fever and tonsils and my CPR level is 14.60 what does it means. I also did CBC, hemoglobin is 13.7, platelets are normal cholestrol 117. Now I don't have any symptom except weakness.
