Report shows increase in total cholesterol and LDL,good level of HDL and normal triglycerides
3 months hba1c for glucose is normal
Her TSH level is slightly elevated ,but nothing is mentioned about T3 and T4,you can repeat the complete thyroid function tests after a month or 2.
She has vitamin d deficiency which needs treatment with 60000 iu of D-Rise sachets , weekly once for atleast 15 weeks

Need to know about her weight..looks like she is suffering from metabolic derangement.Consult a cardiologist.Get her HbA1c,fasting and post linch blood sugar levels and liver function tests.
Repeat thyroid profile after a month.Medication might be needed even if then the thyroid profile is the same.
Vit d supplements@drise 2000 IU one tablet per day to be started for 3 weeks
