My friend has sore throat and he took Monocef 200mg twice daily and also got covid tested. The report came out to be positive with score 22. What medicines should he take.

Actually I was prescribed on  aldectone medication and I took it for 6 months. But this drug induced gynacomestia. Now this drug is withdrawn. Does withdrawal of this drug cures or reverses gynecomastia ? I m also taking amlodipine 25 mg tablets once a day.
