I have several ulcers in all area mouth and it's very paining specially in evening pl.suggest some medicine and advise

From last two days I'm having cough, cold and also my left ear is clogged and pain is also there. kindly help

I was having cough and cold and fever for the past 3-4 days. I did a cbc test. Report attached. Pls check if its ok. Dengue and malaria is negative. I am worried about the comments in the cbc report.

I got my blood test done and calcium KFT was 10.42 ( max is 10.4 ) according to lab and LFT AG ratio was 2.1 ( max is 2.0 acc. To lab ) . Is this ok or some matter of concern ?

My BP drops to 93-95 and 66-62 while lying down. And when I check after getting up , it goes back to normal. Why is it happening? Can anybody please help? Thank you in advance.
