Flu

I am feeling sleepy always. I feel lethargic and tired the moment I get up in the morning and that feeling stays throughout the day. I sleep at 10-11pm at night and I have to get up at 7-7.30am. I don't have stress nowadays. I have always been a little anaemic. But the sleepiness issue that I am getting started before 2-3weeks.

Earlier after going bed  after to wakeup morning I have seen drops of blood in pillow but i checked the nose and mouth no clues  going ent doctor they ct-scan full nose in result u have sinusitis of mild after using medicines not solving issue after that they gave statzy 250 stoped bleeding but after the taken dose my body gets stomach pain gets sweating  and sleeping and I can stop taking the dose

The reports showing the following Vitamin B12 - 176 pg/ml Vitamin D - 21.4 Ng/mL Symptoms from last 1 month Excessive hair fall, muscle pain while doing yoga, mild left leg joint pain while doing butterfly asana(yoga),smelly gas/farts, legs pain. For how long I have to take medicines for it?

I have been having burps since last night and loose motions since afternoon and I feel tired. I don't have fever have been monitoring myself but I do have body pain. Anything that would relieve the loose motions and body pain?

I feel some pressure in my head and i have insomnia so I conducted an MRI in the month of May, which was normal at that time but still I feel pressure sometimes, do I have to do an MRI again?

I hve done my full body check up. Some observations found Himoglobin -16.8 value (ref 12-17) Liver SGOT - 42 value ( refrence 5-34) What can I do for that .it's serious or not about my health. I m tensed

Hello Doctor, My nephew is 11 year. And he is complaining about headache. According to him once he will back from play will feeling pain in full head. From last one year he is wearing glasses as well. We meet Doctor and he told us to go for brain CT scan. We are too much worry. He doesn’t have vomiting and other symptoms Could please tell why Doctor ask for ct scan. Please 🙏 help us.

I have delivered a baby before 4 month. since delivery feeling so much heaviness, as i feel i am dragging myself not even able to manage my normal day to day routine. I got done some tests,  my iron, hb, thyroid, calcium everything is in range and  is normal. I really don't know what is the cause of this? Everytime i visit a doctor they give me multivitamin iron and calcium I had done lft and kft too that too is normal. What could be the cause of it ?whom should i visit? Can someone suggest me like i feel heavy dizziness and lightheadnss too even in my sleeps. Is something wrong with my brain? What else tests do i need to get done?

Hello, My father was in rehab center for 3 months for alcohol..We bought him n he was very dull & unresponsive. He eats food & drink water .But he is extremely disoriented..We did blood reports...Potassium was bit low other all seem ok as per our local doctor. He is extremely dull to even walk but he is responsive only 10 out of 100. He is urinating more than usual..Kindly advise what could be the issue here

Hello doctors. I have been swimming frequently since the past two weeks. Yesterday some water went into my right ear and since sometime afterwards I am noticing that I cannot open my right jaw fully. The right jaw pains (also below the right ear) when I try to open my mouth all the way, but normal chewing is fine. Please tell me what to do. Thanks.
