I am suffering from cough and cold for last 3 days. I have cheston cold tablets with me..what should be the dosage kindly let me know.

I facing sleeping issues it's not happening for the first time whenever I have some important work in coming days my heart feels restless i don't know what it is anxiety or anxiousness. It is ruining my sleep please suggest me some medicines to induce my sleep for short term.

Hello doctors, from past two year I'm suffering from allergic asthma and from past 1 year my face and hands started tingling and now on daily basis tingling happens and is stays for 3-5 hours , what should I do and which specialist(orthopaedic, neurologist , pulmonologist,etc) doctor should i concern? -Shortness of breath occurs 4-5 times a week -tingling occurs everyday and is causing me my daily activity and my spinal vertebrae pains( C7 , C8 )

Fever since evening,with stomach ache and cough and cold. Headache is also there eyes are feeling heavy

I have always have cramp or some Kind of fatiguiness in my calf and thigh muscles. It's always there when I am relaxed or lying down especially in the morning when I wake and in the evening before sleep. This is has been for many years and I used to use a massager to relax my muscles. Is it some kind of disease or is it like that . Please advice .
