Hello Doctor While passing stool today I saw 4 to 5 inches long some thing like earthworm was hanging from my anus. So I checked that by hand but no movement was there. It was thin but not like thread. I don't have any problem now but I am wondering what was it. Could any one help me. I am bit worried now. Thanks in advance

Which Typhoid Conjugate vaccine is the best for patients who are aged between 25-30 years? Are these vaccines available at AIIMS, New Delhi? Because in the open market it is too expensive. How much is the efficacy of this vaccine? Can a person who has been vaccinated 2 months back with Covishield get jabbed with Typhoid Conjugate vaccine ? Please answer my queries.

Hi doc.. I am 28 year old men and I am tired all day long.. I work from 1 pm to 11:30 pm and sleep at 12 am. Even after taking the proper diet with fruits vegetables and curd I feel tired most of the day.. I sleep for around 8-10 hours the more I sleep the more sleepy I feel. Plz help me. Thanks

I am feeling sleepy always. I feel lethargic and tired the moment I get up in the morning and that feeling stays throughout the day. I sleep at 10-11pm at night and I have to get up at 7-7.30am. I don't have stress nowadays. I have always been a little anaemic. But the sleepiness issue that I am getting started before 2-3weeks.
