Why my stomach gets bloating after eating every meal and it comes to normal after going to restroom why

My relative age 55 age  how is the report kindly tell what to do further action she doesn't take diabetics medication she inconsistent of cholesterol medication and doesn't take dibatebtics pill how is lipid profile and sugar test report she doesn't have any symptoms outer how to control it

My brother age is 18 years old, he is now facing low appetite issue. He says he don't have taste in mouth and do not have hunger feeling. This issue started from the last 1-2 days. He never faced such issue. Kindly help me whether this issue is common or we have to take medicines for this issue.
