I have anxiety to the medical related things. When I am about to check my bp , I suddenly feel adrenaline rush and I my heartbeat increases too fast due to fear . I saw that before checking bp my heart beat was 70-80 but when I see on bp machine it rushes to 120-130. And I see a sign of irregular heartbeat on my bp machine . Is this due to my anxiety with bp machine? Bp generally between 120-140/70-90 Had a ecg and echo after covid in June 2021 and all was fine that time .

I am on 100mg eltroxin for hypothyroidism since 18yrs Now dr has asked to do ANA test since some white patcjes on skin since a year and still spreading What is ANA test for, i know i akready have thyroid disorder. What else will ANA test  detect.
