It could be due to acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Take paracetamol 650 mg 3-4 times daily
Cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5 days
Otrivin nasal spray twice daily for not more than 3 days
Vitamin c 1 gm daily
Zecuff syrup 10 ml 3 times daily
Take steam inhalation,
Sip warm water for dry cough

Tab montek lc at night after food
Syp. Ascoril d 3 times a day after food
Tab paracip 650, 3 times a day after food
Tab azee 500 once a day before food
For 5 days.
