Take paracetamol 650 mg 3-4 times daily Cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 5 days Otrivin nasal spray twice daily for not more than 3 days Vitamin c 1 gm daily Zecuff syrup 10 ml 3 times daily Take steam inhalation, Sip warm water for dry cough
