This seems to be an allergic reaction .But you go to some nearby doctor . He will examine you to rule out any upper respiratory tract infection. Do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation.

Mostly due to hypersensitivity reaction. If it doesn't subside automatically then need medication for relief.
