My mom aged 61 suffering from acid refulx since long time she is taking medicine Lesuride from last 2 months but Doctor told us it is not safe to taking this for long term she is feelling better with this what to do ?

Hi Doctor, Am 31 yrs old IT professional with very less physical activities(nowadays i walk 3-4km daily ) Recently i have noticed that when i woke up i am experiencing severe pain at my lower left and right side of abdomen and back. Nowadays am getting this pain almost all the time, also i was diagnosed grade 3 fatty liverfew years back but stopped medications long back. Also i had a disc issue and cured10 years back but not experienced any such recently. May i know which dept i should consult? Ortho or gastro? What might have caused this pain? My height is 193cm and weight is 94kg .

The fever is continuously on and off along with cold cough and body ache.. And head ache . This is happening since 26th of July.. And extreme weakness is there he can't move at all. Not having food for days..

He has taken paracetamol tables and until the tablet works there is no fever but after the fever comes again.. Don't know what to do he is not eating  at all .. He feels very much low.. At this moment. THE FEVER IS MODERATE not too high but not too low.. he feels cold when fever stricks back
