Respected Doctor, My recent blood report Reveals Hemoglobin:11.9, WBC Count 9800 (Neutrophil 59℅,Lymphocytes 34℅,Eosinophils 4℅, Monocytes 3℅), Platelet Count 1,58,000, RDW 16.3, MPV 12.2 and PDW 23.3, and Sodium 138 mEq/L and Potassium 4 mEq/L, I have hypertension and for hypertension I am taking CTD 6.25/40 in morning and Met XL 50 at night. I have also taken PanD capsule for GERD(Before starting Hypertension medicine I don't have GERD problem),My blood pressure is normal now, but sometimes I feel weak and mental confusion. I also have chronic amoebiasis problem. Previously I had normal hemoglobin(15,13.9, 12.5 e.t.c) now it's decreasing.

I am feeling fever from inside from last 15 days with bodyache and weekness. Uppar se fever bilkul nhi lagta h. But i am feeling very week. Please advice

I have uploaded a ecg of a patient age 27 . My friend due to study of ecg .I am mbbs student . studying the ecg. I have seen st elevation in avl, v3 ,v 2 . Is this normal ecg?or early repolarisation. T inversion in lead 3

Can a pilonidal cyst or abcess cause or contribute to constipation? Whenever i strain to bowel, the muscle or area above my tailbone feels like getting inflated/airy and somehow i can feel it. I went to a gastro doctor he said ignore it. But this is discomforting me and i am sure it was not like this before... Or can it be internal haemorrhoids? I asked for colonoscopy just to be on the safer side, he said not required as i never saw blood. Please help me as this is affecting my mental health. :(

I have urine infection bacteria+ I have done urine culture and then I took niftas for 7 days After that i have done urine routine report was normal But after some days again I was feeling burning so i have done urine routine report was bacteria+ So again I have done urine culture and i have attached Please help me out to know I have attached two reports of urine culture First one is old report and second attached report is today now

My brother took vaccine 5 due to bat sit on thigh on 2020 ,may, took vaccine all. ... In 2021 , jan took 2 dose after possible scratch .the dog still healthy till now. .. In 2022 recent he took another two dose ...23/8 (1st) ..26/8(2nd) Due to confusion on dog scratch..don't find scratch but took ...the dog is healthy. .. My brother is now very depressed and anxious all time about that,vaccine side effect may cause heart damage , kidney damage .. He doesn't concentrate his study He has now symptom now...but anxious about future...may hamper his life . ... Should we go phychiatrist or need heart kidney checkup?(his previous echo ecg kft normal before vaccination).. Plz help anyone... advance thanks for helping.

Are there any tests to know our biological age, I heard some tests are available please don't reply consult , need more clarification etc etc
